¿Maria Emma o Samuel? Personalmente pienso que el espaldarazo que Petro y Navarro le han dado a Maria Emma Mejía le saldrá caro al PDA. Puede que en Bogotá vivan personas de todas partes del país, pero los que votan al fin y al cabo son normalmente los bogotanos. No creo que apostarle a esta candidata sea una buena idea. Especialmente cuando se tiene la posibilidad de respaldar a un candidato con una formación profesional y academica que cualquiera envidiaría, una línea de pensamiento claramente de izquierda democrática (a diferencia de Maria Emma que lleva a sus espaldas la marca liberal), con un enfoque social acorde con las necesidades de la ciudad, y además... muy cachaco. Veo un mano-a-mano más fuerte entre Moreno Rojas y Peñalosa, que entre Maria Emma y Enrique. Y al fin y al cabo se trata es de ganar. No quiero dar la idea que soy anti-paisa: mi padre y toda su familia es paisa, nací en Bogotá pero al año me mudé a Barranquilla y después a la Guajira hasta que terminé el colegio... el regionalismo no lo entiendo.

Me gustaría estar equivocado para darme cuenta que Bogotá ha superado el prejuicio provinciano llamado regionalismo. Pero no le apostaría a Maria Emma. ¿La tercera será la vencida?

Las encuestas decían que Navarro le ganaría a Carlos Gaviria en la puja del PDA para las pasadas elecciones presidenciales. Pero Colombia no le perdonó a Navarro Wolf su pasado. Injusto, sí. Pero pienso que ha sido lo mejor que le ha podido pasar al PDA.

Crown of Roses

Y LA RAZÓN DE ESTADO ?...

The Rosary (from Latin rosarium, "Crown of Roses"), is a traditional popular devotion in the Roman Catholic Church. The Rosary combines vocal (or silent) prayer and meditation centered around sequences of reciting the Lord's Prayer (Oratio Dominicae) followed by ten recitations of the "Hail Mary" (Salutatio Angelica) prayer and a single recitation of "Glory Be to the Father" (Doxologia Minor); each of these sequences is known as a decade (each containing 10 beads, with an additional large bead before each decade). A set of Rosary beads can contain 50, 100 or 150 beads.

What distinguishes the Rosary from other forms of prayer is that it includes a series of meditations. Each decade of the Rosary is said while meditating on one of the three "Mysteries" of redemption (the Joyful; the Sorrowful; and the Glorious).

1. Signum Crucis
